Appartement K opens on the 9th of April for a 1-night event of excellent French cuisine with an exceptional guest chef: Alexandre Arnal.
Alexandre Arnal just left L'Ouvre-Boîte in Arles after being the head-chef for years. He's starting a new business very soon. He worked in the past for the "Verre Volé" in Paris, In de Wulf in Belgium... He's passionnate about the products, the seasons and working local.
He will be preparing a delicious 6-courses menu for Appartement K with our chef Numa Muller, with wine pairing.

Guests are served an exceptional menu, inspired by southern French cuisine. The food is matched with an impeccable selection of wines, painstakingly sourced from independent vineyards.
All products used to create our dinners are ethically sourced and of the highest quality. Natural wines, line caught fish, seasonal fruits, organic vegetables and first class meats are what guests can expect.
