Appartement K opens in June on the 11/12/13th for 3 days of excellent French cuisine with an exceptional guest chef: Florent Courriol. 

Florent Courriol 
was born in Arles, south of France, where he worked for Jean-Luc Rabanel (2 Michelin *), before working for Joël Robuchon in Hong-Kong (3 Michelin *) and the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow. 

He will be preparing delicious courses for Appartement K with our chef Numa Muller. 

The program of these 3 days :

It's all about French and Provence haute-gastronomie. 
Menus will be inspired by the Provençal cuisine but with the technics and knowledge of 2 high level french chefs that travelled all around the world, from Los Angeles to Hong Kong. 


> Saturday 11th of June, 19h30 : 4-course menu + unlimited wines in De Pijp.
(
90€ : including appetizer, 4-courses menu, unlimited wines, coffee, spirits or 65€ without alcohol).
> Sunday 12th of June, 12h30 : provençal brunch + mimosas and wines in a bruin café of De Jordaan. In partnership with the Finders House
(35€ : for the brunch with mimosas and wines).

> Monday 13th of June, 19h30 : 4-course menu + unlimited wines in De Pijp.  
(90€ : including appetizer, 4-courses menu, unlimited wines, coffee, spirits or 65€ without alcohol).

Appartement K is a secretive restaurant that opens once a month to few exclusive guests for a unique experience in a unique place in the world. 

Guests are served an exceptional menu, inspired by southern French cuisine. The food is matched with an impeccable selection of wines, painstakingly sourced from independent vineyards.

All products used to create our dinners are ethically sourced and of the highest quality. Natural wines, line caught fish, seasonal fruits, organic vegetables and first class meats are what guests can expect.
